Earth Point (www.earthpoint.us) has released an exciting online tool to shop for real estate in the Boise, Idaho area.  Properties for sale are displayed on Google Earth, Google's innovative product for viewing the earth's surface.

Earth Point has several features that distinguish it from other real estate tools.  First, Earth Point makes it easy to see all of the houses for sale in any neighborhood.

Second, listings are displayed with roof-top accuracy. Property boundaries are also drawn.

Finally, Earth Point is in the process of releasing subdivision maps, an exciting feature that allows buyers to see subdivision plans and know exactly which houses and lots are available.

Bill Clark, developer of Earth Point, believes Google Earth represents the future for viewing geographic information. To create Earth Point, Clark combined his skills in computer programming, real estate, and flying. The Kuna, Idaho, resident states, “I have long been interested in navigation and am always looking for new ways to present information. When I saw Google Earth, I realized there was great potential for mapping real estate data. We are really excited about Earth Point and how it can help real estate buyers and sellers.”

If you have questions about the website or wish to buy or sell property using Google Earth, contact Bill Clark at 208 860-6311 or visit Earth Point at www.earthpoint.us. Clark is a licensed realtor with Holland Realty, 4720 Emerald Street, Boise, Idaho.
