Is Google Earth "Pro for Desktop" installed?
There are two versions of Goggle Earth, a"Desktop" version and a "Web" version. We need the Desktop version.
The Desktop version appears as an Icon on the desktop.

To install Google Earth Desktop version
1)Open your web browser.
1.Go to https://www.google.com/earth/download/gep/agree.html
2.Click the blue and white "Agree and Download" button.
3.Allow all prompts to "save", "run", "allow", etc.
The web version does not support critical functionality is needed by Earth Point. In particular, the Web version does not support "Network Links" which the Desktop version uses to display Earth Point Township and Range, Texas Abstract, Coordinate Grids, Topo Map, etc.
